In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the integrity of our inventory data, ensuring seamless stock flow, and supporting our manufacturing and distribution goals.
As an Inventory Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing stock levels, performing regular cycle counts, and coordinating with various departments to prevent discrepancies. Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain accurate inventory records by performing regular cycle counts and stock audits.
- Monitor stock levels and generate daily, weekly, or monthly inventory reports for management.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely receiving and dispatching of goods.
- Identify and investigate inventory discrepancies to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure all inventory movements are accurately recorded in the internal system.
- Coordinate with the procurement department to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent overstocking or shortages.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment in compliance with safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; Diploma in Logistics or related field is a plus.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or logistics.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a contract-based, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Must be willing to work in Jakarta Utara and comfortable with overtime when required.
