Puninar Anji Nyk Logistics Indonesia is seeking a skilled Inventory Engineer to join our dynamic logistics team in Jawa Barat. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in optimizing inventory processes, ensuring material flow accuracy, and maintaining high standards of logistics operations.
As an Inventory Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of parts inventory, from inflow to outflow. We are looking for an analytical mind capable of identifying bottlenecks, improving warehouse throughput, and maintaining impeccable data integrity within our inventory management systems. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end inventory control processes for incoming and outgoing materials.
- Perform regular cycle counts and full physical inventory audits to ensure system accuracy.
- Analyze stock discrepancy trends and implement root-cause corrective actions.
- Collaborate with warehouse operations and procurement teams to optimize reorder points and stock levels.
- Generate comprehensive inventory reports and KPIs for management review.
- Maintain compliance with safety and warehouse management procedures.
- Assist in the implementation of new inventory management software or process upgrades.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in inventory control or warehouse engineering.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory for reporting and inter-departmental communication.
- Strong understanding of WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Advanced data analysis skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- Proven ability to analyze complex inventory data to drive operational improvements.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced logistics environment.
