Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor daily stock levels and perform routine inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to streamline the receiving and dispatching of goods.
- Maintain organized documentation for all incoming and outgoing inventory items.
- Execute general service requests to ensure the facility and warehouse operations meet safety standards.
- Perform regular data entry tasks into the inventory management system.
- Identify and report any discrepancies in stock count or damaged items immediately.
- Support the warehouse supervisor in organizing shelving, labeling, and storage optimization.
- Assist in the preparation of periodic inventory reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or general services.
- Proficient in using basic computer software, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Physical capability to handle inventory movement and warehouse tasks.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a strong commitment to company safety policies.
- Willingness to work on a contract basis in Tangerang Selatan.
