As the Inventory Head, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our supply chain efficiency. You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end inventory lifecycle, from procurement planning to warehouse distribution. Your primary objective will be to ensure the seamless availability of critical materials and spare parts, effectively balancing operational demands with cost-optimization strategies. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee the entire inventory management function, ensuring alignment with operational requirements and company standards.
- Develop and implement robust inventory control processes to minimize stockouts and overstock scenarios.
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and accuracy in stock recording.
- Analyze inventory performance metrics and generate detailed reports for management on turnover rates, variances, and aging stock.
- Manage relationships with key vendors and suppliers to ensure timely procurement of essential materials.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and annual physical stock audits to maintain high inventory accuracy levels.
- Train and mentor inventory team members to ensure compliance with company policies and logistics best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in inventory management or warehouse operations, preferably in the maritime, manufacturing, or logistics industry.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) is mandatory.
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret complex supply chain data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent leadership abilities and experience in managing cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of warehousing safety standards and inventory accounting principles.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is required for reporting and communication.
