Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily cycle counts and reconciliation between physical warehouse stock and system data.
- Analyze inventory discrepancies and conduct root-cause investigations to prevent future variances.
- Maintain high levels of data accuracy within the ERP/WMS system to support procurement and sales teams.
- Supervise incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure documentation matches physical goods.
- Implement and monitor inventory control processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Generate regular inventory reports and performance metrics for management review.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to streamline picking, packing, and storage workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in inventory control or warehouse management.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Deep understanding of warehouse operations, safety standards, and stock management principles.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and basic proficiency in English.
