Are you a detail-oriented logistics professional looking to join a fast-paced environment? Fresh Factory is seeking an experienced Inventory Operation Control Staff to join our team in Jakarta. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the integrity of our warehouse operations by ensuring stock accuracy and optimizing flow.
As the backbone of our supply chain, you will be responsible for meticulous tracking, real-time reporting, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory discrepancies. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and manage daily warehouse inventory activities to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Oversee inbound and outbound shipment processes to maintain optimal stock flow.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and stock-takes to identify and resolve discrepancies immediately.
- Prepare comprehensive inventory reports and analysis for management review.
- Collaborate with the logistics and warehouse teams to optimize storage space and material handling.
- Enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inventory movement to prevent shrinkage or damage.
- Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track inventory lifecycle from reception to dispatch.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in inventory control or warehouse operations.
- Strong proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong organizational skills with an uncompromising attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a shift-based environment as required by operations.
- Good communication skills in Indonesian (English proficiency is a plus).
