Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and track container inventory movements within the terminal premises.
- Perform regular physical stock counts and reconcile them with digital system records.
- Maintain accurate inventory documentation, including receipts, transfers, and shipment logs.
- Collaborate with the operations and yard teams to resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare periodic inventory reports for management review, highlighting key metrics and issues.
- Assist in the implementation of inventory control procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure all inventory activities comply with company safety and operational policies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Inventory Clerk, Warehouse Staff, or in a similar role within a logistics/port environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and basic inventory management software.
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
- Ability to work in shifts and adapt to the demanding schedule of port operations.
- Familiarity with Terminal Operating Systems (TOS) is a significant advantage.
