Are you an organized professional with a keen eye for detail? Shape Up is currently seeking a highly motivated and reliable Inventory Staff to join our logistics team in Cikupa, Banten. In this role, you will be the backbone of our warehouse operations, ensuring that every product is accounted for, stored correctly, and distributed efficiently to meet our production and delivery schedules.
As our Inventory Staff, you will play a critical role in optimizing our supply chain efficiency. You will manage daily stock movements, lead physical count initiatives, and maintain accurate records within our inventory management system. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing and logistics environment and is committed to maintaining high standards of warehouse safety and operational excellence.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and timely distribution of goods.
- Conduct regular stock opname and cycle counts to ensure 100% inventory accuracy.
- Maintain systematic documentation of all stock movements using digital inventory systems.
- Collaborate with the production and delivery teams to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Implement and strictly adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for warehouse management.
- Identify and report any discrepancies, damages, or shortages immediately to management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Support the preparation of periodic inventory reports for management analysis.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or logistics.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) and inventory management software.
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to perform physical tasks and work effectively in a warehouse setting.
- Strong discipline, integrity, and time-management skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts if required by operational needs.
- Reside in or willing to commute to Cikupa, Banten.
