Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records for raw materials and finished goods
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Monitor inventory levels and initiate replenishment orders when necessary
- Coordinate with production and procurement teams to ensure material availability
- Implement and improve inventory control procedures
- Generate inventory reports and analyze stock trends
- Ensure proper storage and handling of inventory items
- Assist with inventory audits and compliance requirements
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field is preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in inventory management or warehouse operations
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Excel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of inventory control principles and practices
- Ability to lift and move inventory items as required
