Tulip Tonata Indonesia, a leader in the safety equipment industry, is seeking a highly organized and results-driven Inventory & Warehouse Manager to oversee our flagship operations in Tangerang. In this critical role, you will be the backbone of our supply chain, ensuring that our Tonata Safety products are managed with precision, from the main warehouse to our regional branches.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement efficient warehouse strategies to streamline receiving, storage, and distribution processes.
- Maintain 100% stock accuracy through regular cycle counts and annual physical inventory audits.
- Supervise warehouse personnel, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and operational standards.
- Oversee stock levels across the main warehouse and branch locations to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Manage inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring timely processing of customer orders.
- Optimize warehouse space utilization and organization to improve picking speed and workflow efficiency.
- Prepare regular reports on inventory movement, discrepancies, and operational costs for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (minimum 3-5 years) in warehouse management or inventory control, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution setting.
- Strong proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local equivalents).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to manage complex data sets and inventory records.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a diverse team.
- Detailed knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in industrial warehousing.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
