Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough and impartial investigations into reported incidents, breaches, or non-compliance cases.
- Gather, document, and preserve evidence in accordance with internal protocols and legal requirements.
- Interview witnesses, complainants, and involved parties to obtain accurate information and statements.
- Prepare detailed, high-quality investigation reports with clear findings and actionable recommendations for management.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to strict data protection and privacy policies throughout the investigative process.
- Collaborate with internal departments and relevant external agencies to resolve complex security or operational matters.
- Monitor and analyze incident trends to proactively identify risks and suggest preventative measures.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Law, Criminology, Police Studies, or a related field.
- Prior experience in investigative work, law enforcement, or regulatory compliance is highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in handling sensitive situations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and report writing software.
