We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Investment Data and Reporting Admin to join our US Wealth Management division.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the integrity of our financial data and ensuring accurate reporting for our clients. You will be responsible for managing investment portfolios, reconciling data discrepancies, and preparing comprehensive financial reports. We are looking for a proactive individual who can manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively with both internal teams and US stakeholders.
Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and update investment portfolio databases with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Prepare and distribute monthly, quarterly, and annual investment reports for US-based clients.
- Reconcile data discrepancies between internal systems and external data sources.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new investment accounts and manage record-keeping.
- Communicate with US stakeholders regarding reporting schedules and data queries.
- Ensure strict compliance with company data governance policies and internal controls.
- Perform regular quality assurance checks on data entries to prevent errors.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in data entry, financial reporting, or administrative support.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and Macros are preferred).
- Familiarity with Wealth Management systems, CRM software, or Fidelity platforms is a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills with a focus on accuracy and detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work effectively in an office-based environment and adapt to US timezone workflows.
