The Role: As an IoT Administrator, you will be the backbone of our smart farming operations. You will manage the entire IoT ecosystem—from sensors and controllers to cloud platforms and data pipelines. Your work will ensure that our crops receive the precise conditions they need while minimizing waste and maximizing yield. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and commissioning of IoT devices including environmental sensors, actuators, and gateways.
- Monitor network connectivity and device health to ensure 99.9% uptime for critical agricultural systems.
- Manage firmware updates, security patches, and device lifecycle management.
- Analyze sensor data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for system improvement.
- Collaborate with agronomy and operations teams to align IoT capabilities with crop management strategies.
- Develop and maintain documentation for IoT architecture, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- Provide technical support and training to field staff on IoT system usage.
- Evaluate and recommend new IoT technologies to improve greenhouse automation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IoT administration, network management, or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with IoT platforms (e.g., AWS IoT, Azure IoT, ThingWorx) and MQTT/CoAP protocols.
- Proficiency in networking concepts: TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, and wireless technologies (Wi-Fi, LoRaWAN, Zigbee).
- Experience with database systems and data analysis tools (SQL, Python).
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of agricultural practices or greenhouse systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
