Patco Electronics Technology is seeking a highly skilled IQC & XRF Supervisor to join our manufacturing facility in Jakarta Barat. In this pivotal role, you will be the gatekeeper of our product quality, ensuring that every component meets our stringent international standards before reaching the customer.

As our Supervisor, you will lead the Incoming Quality Control (IQC) team and manage X-ray Fluorescence (XRF) testing operations to ensure material compliance and hardware reliability. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise the daily operations of the IQC department to ensure 100% material compliance.
- Perform precise XRF testing on electronic components to detect hazardous substances and verify material composition.
- Maintain strict 'Zero Defect' standards for all outgoing deliveries to our global customers.
- Conduct thorough inspections of incoming raw materials and electronic components against technical specifications and engineering drawings.
- Manage non-conforming materials and coordinate with suppliers and procurement teams for corrective actions.
- Maintain and calibrate XRF testing equipment to ensure accurate data reporting.
- Prepare comprehensive daily and weekly quality reports for management review.
- Train and mentor junior inspectors on standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience as a Quality Control Supervisor in the electronics manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of XRF testing procedures and electronic component analysis.
- Strong understanding of ISO quality management systems and IPC standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot quality issues effectively.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and data analysis.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Good command of written and spoken Indonesian; English proficiency is a plus.
