Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive financial advisory services based on Shariah-compliant investment and protection principles.
- Conduct thorough financial needs analysis for clients to recommend appropriate solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with a diverse client portfolio.
- Keep abreast of current market trends, Islamic finance products, and regulatory changes.
- Assist clients in financial planning, including wealth protection, accumulation, and distribution.
- Achieve individual and team-based sales targets through ethical business practices.
- Attend regular training sessions to enhance technical knowledge and advisory skills.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong interest in Islamic Finance and wealth management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Malay and English.
- Possess a self-motivated mindset with a strong drive for sales excellence.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to client service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Possession of relevant industry certifications (e.g., Takaful/Insurance licenses) is an advantage.
