Your main responsibility will be to understand clients' financial situations, educate them on the principles of Islamic finance, and recommend solutions that align with their goals and values. The successful candidate can expect a monthly salary ranging from RM 5,000 to RM 5,300, plus attractive commissions and performance bonuses. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct financial needs analysis for clients to determine their protection and investment requirements
- Advise on and promote Sharia-compliant financial products such as takaful, savings plans, and unit trusts
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through regular follow-ups and reviews
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team performance goals
- Ensure all recommendations comply with Islamic finance regulations and company policies
- Prepare and present financial plans and reports to clients
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and market developments
Kualifikasi
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Islamic finance principles and practices
- Possess relevant certifications such as CIFP, IBFIM, or similar (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Malay and English
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- Previous experience in sales or financial consulting is an advantage
- Own transport and willing to travel within Melaka area
