Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive financial needs analysis for prospective clients to identify suitable Takaful and investment solutions.
- Provide professional advice on a full range of Syariah-compliant wealth management products, including Family Takaful, Medical & Health Takaful, and Investment-Linked Takaful.
- Build and nurture lasting client relationships through regular follow-ups, reviews, and exceptional after-sales service.
- Educate clients on the importance of financial planning and risk management from an Islamic perspective.
- Achieve personal sales targets and contribute to the overall business development goals of the agency.
- Stay abreast of market trends, product knowledge, and regulatory updates within the Islamic financial services industry.
- Collaborate with a team of professionals to deliver holistic financial strategies to high-net-worth individuals and families.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Islamic Studies, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong interest in Islamic finance and Takaful. Relevant certifications (e.g., TBE, FIMM, or CMFAS) are highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and possesses a high level of integrity and ethical standards.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience in sales or financial services is a plus.
- Candidates must possess their own transportation and be willing to travel within the Klang Valley area.
