Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain ISO 9001 and HSE management systems aligned with industry standards
- Conduct comprehensive internal and external audits to ensure compliance and identify improvement areas
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives through Kaizen methodologies and corrective/preventive actions
- Create and update quality documentation, policies, and procedures
- Train and mentor staff on quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements
- Monitor KPIs and prepare management reports on system effectiveness
- Coordinate with certification bodies for ISO renewals and compliance verifications
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in ISO/HSE implementation within logistics/manufacturing
- Certified Lead Auditor (ISO 9001/14001/OHSAS 18001) required
- Proven track record in developing quality management systems
- Strong analytical skills with experience in root cause analysis
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Proficiency in quality management software and audit tools
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
