This critical role ensures optimal utilization and lifecycle management of our organization's IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for tracking hardware/software assets, maintaining accurate inventory records, and implementing asset management policies that align with industry best practices. The position requires meticulous attention to detail and proficiency in asset management systems to minimize operational risks and maximize ROI on technology investments.
As part of our automotive finance ecosystem, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate asset procurement, deployment, and retirement processes. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain comprehensive IT asset inventory including hardware, software, and peripherals
- Implement asset lifecycle management processes from procurement to disposal
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and physical asset verification
- Coordinate with vendors for asset procurement, maintenance, and warranty management
- Generate asset utilization reports and optimization recommendations
- Develop and maintain asset management documentation and procedures
- Ensure compliance with IT asset policies and regulatory requirements
- Support IT budget planning through asset cost analysis and forecasting
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in IT asset management or inventory control
- Proficiency in asset management software (e.g., ServiceNow, Ivanti, Lansweeper)
- Strong knowledge of IT hardware components, software licensing models, and programming languages
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with ITIL frameworks and IT service management principles
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills for asset utilization optimization
