Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end IT audit engagements to assess internal controls, governance processes, and compliance with regulatory standards
- Design and execute data analytics projects using SQL, Python, and visualization tools to identify trends, anomalies, and risk indicators
- Develop comprehensive audit reports with actionable recommendations for senior management and stakeholders
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement risk mitigation strategies and process improvements
- Stay current with emerging technologies, cybersecurity threats, and industry compliance frameworks
- Mentor junior auditors and provide guidance on audit methodologies and data analytics techniques
- Facilitate workshops to enhance technology risk awareness across the organization
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in IT auditing, internal audit, or data analytics within regulated industries
- Professional certifications (CISA, CIA, CISM, or equivalent) strongly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in data analytics tools (SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI)
- Deep understanding of risk management frameworks (COSO, ITIL, COBIT)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and enterprise architecture
- Exceptional analytical thinking with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia
