Are you passionate about shaping the next generation of digital innovators? Koding Next, a leading coding school for children and teenagers, is seeking a dedicated and dynamic IT Coding Teacher (Primary to High School) to join our expanding team in BSD, Tangerang Selatan.
In this role, you will be at the forefront of 21st-century education, guiding students from Primary through High School on their journey to becoming confident creators of technology, not just consumers. You will deliver our state-of-the-art curriculum, which covers a wide range of programming languages and IT concepts including Scratch, Python, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and robotics fundamentals.

Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver engaging and interactive coding lessons to students aged 6–18 using our proven curriculum.
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the individual learning styles and needs of students.
- Assess, track, and report on student progress to parents and the academic team.
- Maintain a positive, disciplined, and safe classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Guide and mentor students in project-based learning and coding competitions.
- Collaborate with the curriculum team to refine and update course materials.
- Manage classroom technology and assist students with troubleshooting.
- Participate in school events, open houses, and professional development sessions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience teaching coding or IT to primary and/or high school students.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Scratch, Python, JavaScript, or HTML/CSS.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with children and teenagers.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple, understandable manner.
- Experience with classroom management and student assessment techniques.
- Teaching certification (e.g., PG, K-12 license) is a strong plus.
