Lintasarta is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented IT Database Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in the implementation and maintenance of complex payment systems, specifically focusing on fund transfer mechanisms and clearing functions. You will leverage your deep technical expertise to design scalable database architectures that ensure data integrity, security, and high availability for critical financial transactions.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain database architectures tailored for high-frequency payment and clearing systems.
- Optimize database performance and query execution to handle large volumes of transactional data securely and efficiently.
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and security across all payment processing modules.
- Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for database-related issues affecting fund transfers.
- Collaborate with business analysts and developers to define data requirements and technical specifications for clearing operations.
- Conduct regular database audits, backups, and performance tuning to ensure system reliability.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members regarding database best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering field.
- Proven experience as an IT Database Consultant, Database Administrator, or similar role within the banking or financial industry.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational database management systems (e.g., Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Deep understanding of payment systems, clearing mechanisms, and interbank fund transfer protocols.
- Familiarity with data modeling, ETL processes, and database security standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
