Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities for IT solutions within target markets.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with key decision-makers.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client challenges and propose appropriate IT solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to ensure seamless implementation and support.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and new IT solution offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven sales experience in the IT solutions or technology sector.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of various IT solutions such as cloud computing, cybersecurity, data analytics, enterprise software, or infrastructure.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients at all levels.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both written and spoken).
