Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor mainframe system performance and execute complex job schedules in accordance with operational procedures.
- Perform real-time troubleshooting for failed jobs and escalate complex issues to senior engineering teams when necessary.
- Maintain comprehensive logs of system activities, job statuses, and any incidents occurring during your shift.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure timely delivery of batch processing cycles.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and operational standards during all phases of system monitoring.
- For Shift Lead candidates: Provide guidance to junior operators, oversee shift handovers, and ensure operational KPIs are met.
- Proactively identify and report potential system vulnerabilities or capacity issues.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT operations, mainframe environments, or data center management.
- Strong understanding of job scheduling software and system monitoring tools.
- Proven ability to analyze technical issues and execute logical troubleshooting steps under pressure.
- Good communication skills, capable of documenting incidents clearly and effectively.
- Proficiency in working within a shift-based work schedule (including potential weekend or night shifts).
- Experience with Mainframe architectures (e.g., Z/OS, JCL) is highly preferred.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
