As an Ivanti Engineer, you will play a critical role in the implementation, configuration, and management of Ivanti endpoint management solutions for our enterprise clients. You will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of IT operations through proactive endpoint management, patch management, and software distribution. This role requires deep technical expertise in Ivanti products, coupled with strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the implementation and deployment of Ivanti endpoint management solutions for enterprise clients.
- Manage day-to-day operations of Ivanti tools, including patch management, software distribution, and asset management.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support for endpoint-related issues across Windows and macOS environments.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), configuration guides, and documentation for Ivanti environments.
- Collaborate with IT security teams to ensure compliance with security policies, vulnerability remediation, and patch compliance standards.
- Perform regular system health checks, performance tuning, and capacity planning for the Ivanti infrastructure.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior IT support staff and system administrators.
- Integrate Ivanti solutions with other enterprise systems (e.g., SCCM, Active Directory, Service Desk, SIEM tools).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Ivanti endpoint management products (e.g., Ivanti EPM, Ivanti Security Controls, Ivanti Asset Manager).
- Strong understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems, scripting (PowerShell, VBScript, Bash), and networking fundamentals.
- Proven experience in patch management, vulnerability remediation, and software packaging/distribution.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Ivanti certifications (e.g., Ivanti Certified Professional, Ivanti Security Controls Specialist) are highly preferred.
- Experience with SCCM, Microsoft Intune, Active Directory, and Group Policy Management is a strong plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
