Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment coordination process for Japan-based requisitions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates and stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication in both Japanese and English.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage job postings, candidate pipelines, and scheduling of interviews.
- Conduct initial screening of candidates and ensure profiles align with job requirements.
- Support the team in generating recruitment reports and data-driven insights to improve hiring efficiency.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to global hiring policies and compliance standards.
- Drive improvements in candidate experience through AI-supported platforms and innovative HR design principles.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Full professional proficiency in both Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher) and English.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR administrative support, or a similar corporate role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on providing an excellent candidate experience.
- Ability to work effectively in a global, multicultural, and remote-collaborative environment.
