Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive Japanese language curricula for diverse proficiency levels
- Conduct engaging lessons focusing on grammar, vocabulary, conversation, and cultural context
- Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback
- Create immersive cultural activities to enhance language learning experiences
- Prepare students for standardized Japanese proficiency tests (JLPT)
- Utilize multimedia resources and technology to facilitate interactive learning

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Japanese Language, Linguistics, Education, or related field
- Native or near-native proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N1/N2 certification required)
- Minimum 2 years of formal Japanese language teaching experience
- Strong classroom management and student engagement skills
- Creative lesson planning abilities with cultural sensitivity
- Proficiency in educational technology and digital teaching tools
- Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian
- Certification in teaching Japanese as a foreign language preferred
