Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans for Japanese language classes tailored to Middle and High School students.
- Create an immersive learning environment that promotes active student participation and cultural appreciation.
- Assess student progress through regular testing, assignments, and oral evaluations.
- Provide individualized feedback and support to students to ensure they meet academic benchmarks.
- Collaborate with fellow department members to align curriculum standards and educational objectives.
- Organize and participate in cultural events or extracurricular activities related to Japanese language and history.
- Maintain accurate student records and communicate effectively with parents and school administration regarding student performance.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Japanese Language Education, Japanese Literature, or a related field.
- Proven experience teaching Japanese at the secondary school level.
- Proficiency in the Japanese language, preferably with a JLPT (Japanese Language Proficiency Test) N2 or N3 certification.
- Strong pedagogical skills and familiarity with modern instructional technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse groups of students.
- Ability to adapt teaching styles to meet the individual learning needs of students.
- Strong organizational skills and a commitment to professional development.
