Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and monitor daily production schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
- Act as the primary interpreter and translator for technical documents and meetings between Japanese management and local staff.
- Analyze production capacity and manage material requirements planning (MRP) effectively.
- Identify production bottlenecks and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Liaise with procurement, warehouse, and quality control departments to ensure smooth manufacturing workflows.
- Prepare regular production performance reports for senior management reviews.
- Ensure compliance with factory safety standards and operational protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Production Control or Manufacturing operations.
- Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher is preferred).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP software (SAP/Oracle preferred).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge cross-cultural communication gaps.
- Proactive mindset, analytical, and capable of working in a high-pressure manufacturing environment.
- Ability to be stationed in the Gresik area.
