Our client, a leading Japanese manufacturing firm based in Cikarang, is currently seeking a highly motivated Japanese Speaker QAQC Staff to join their team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our production processes meet the highest international standards while facilitating seamless communication between local teams and Japanese management.
As a QAQC Staff member, you will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for monitoring production lines, enforcing quality control protocols, and providing technical translation support to ensure that all operational procedures are executed with precision and efficiency.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine inspections of raw materials, production processes, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Serve as a bridge for communication between Japanese management and local staff regarding quality control issues and production improvements.
- Monitor and document quality performance metrics, preparing reports for management review.
- Collaborate with the production team to identify root causes of defects and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Ensure all operations adhere to safety and quality standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Support the translation of technical documents, manuals, and meeting discussions from Japanese to Indonesian and vice versa.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and product reliability.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N3 or N2 certification is highly preferred).
- Proven experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of QC tools (e.g., Pareto Chart, Fishbone Diagram, Check Sheets).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to bridge cultural and linguistic gaps.
- Proficient in MS Office and reporting software.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to be based in Cikarang, Jawa Barat.
