Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive sales support to the New Business Development Team in Bogor.
- Act as a liaison between Japanese management and local Indonesian staff to ensure clear communication.
- Assist in the preparation and translation of project proposals, tenders, and bid documents.
- Maintain and update client databases and project records accurately.
- Coordinate internal meetings and schedule appointments with stakeholders.
- Monitor construction project progress and report updates to relevant departments.
- Handle inquiries from clients and partners promptly and professionally.
Kualifikasi
- Fluent in Japanese (N2 or N1 certification is preferred) and conversational in English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Sales Support, Customer Service, or the Construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction terminology and project management basics.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a cross-cultural team.
