Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end purchasing process for jewellery products, including sourcing and vendor selection.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers to ensure maximum value.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using our management system and perform regular stock audits.
- Analyze sales trends and inventory levels to forecast procurement needs and prevent stock-outs.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely arrival and inspection of incoming shipments.
- Ensure all incoming jewellery meets the company’s strict quality standards and specifications.
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve any issues related to order fulfillment or product defects.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in procurement, inventory management, or a related role, preferably within the jewellery or retail industry.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills with a focus on cost-efficiency.
- High attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with extreme accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for inventory tracking and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills in Indonesian (English proficiency is a plus).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum education level of High School (SMA/SMK) or Diploma in Business/Logistics.
