Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the organization, development, and strengthening of agricultural cooperatives across various regions.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for cooperative members on best practices in farming and management.
- Support cooperative groups in financial planning, reporting, and resource management.
- Facilitate effective communication between farmers, local stakeholders, and international partners.
- Monitor project activities in the field and provide regular feedback and reports to the management team.
- Promote sustainable farming techniques and facilitate access to local and international markets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Economics, Sociology, or a related field.
- Previous experience or internship in project coordination, community development, or agriculture is a strong asset.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to travel to rural areas and work in diverse environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude towards challenges.
