Tanggung Jawab
- Perform professional installation, setup, and configuration of new dental chairs and other medical equipment across various PMG clinics.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance checks and meticulous servicing of clinic equipment to ensure optimal performance, longevity, and patient safety.
- Diagnose and efficiently troubleshoot technical issues related to dental chairs, X-ray machines, sterilization units, and other clinic apparatus.
- Execute timely and effective repairs, component replacements, and calibrations to minimize operational downtime and maintain clinic efficiency.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all maintenance activities, service reports, equipment inventory, and spare parts.
- Provide basic technical training and ongoing support to clinic staff on the proper operation, daily care, and minor troubleshooting of equipment.
- Assist in general clinic operational duties as required, contributing to a smooth daily workflow and ensuring a comfortable environment for patients and staff.
Kualifikasi
- A Diploma or Certificate in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, IT Support, or a closely related technical field.
- Fresh graduates with a strong technical aptitude, a proactive attitude, and a genuine eagerness to learn are highly encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems, with a foundational grasp of troubleshooting principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, a methodical approach to technical challenges, and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as an integral part of a fast-paced and supportive team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of explaining technical issues clearly to non-technical staff.
- Physically able to handle and maneuver equipment and tools, with a willingness to travel to different clinic locations within the Sarikei Division as needed.
- Possession of a valid driving license and personal transport is a significant advantage.
