Tanggung Jawab
- Manage export/import documentation and compliance procedures for international shipments
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics partners
- Track and monitor shipments using logistics management systems
- Prepare commercial invoices, bills of lading, and customs declarations
- Resolve logistics issues and delays proactively
- Communicate with international vendors and customers in English
- Maintain accurate records of all trade transactions and documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Business, or related field
- Fluent in written and spoken English (native or bilingual proficiency)
- Basic knowledge of INCOTERMS and international trade regulations
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 1 year of experience encouraged
