Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch activities
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems for accuracy
- Train and supervise warehouse staff while ensuring compliance with safety protocols
- Analyze operational metrics to identify efficiency improvements
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, and transportation departments
- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse activities
- Conduct regular audits and reporting on warehouse performance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in warehouse management
- Proficiency in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of inventory control and safety regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
