Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed technical proposals and commercial bids for HVAC & refrigeration systems.
- Address customer technical inquiries promptly and provide optimal product solutions.
- Collaborate with the engineering and technical teams to align product specifications with client requirements.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical briefings for potential B2B clients.
- Identify new market opportunities and assist in executing targeted marketing campaigns in East Java.
- Maintain and update client databases, track project pipelines, and provide regular sales reports.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Thermal/Refrigeration Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in technical sales, HVAC, refrigeration, or engineering-focused marketing (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Basic understanding of refrigeration cycles, thermodynamic principles, and HVAC design.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical details clearly.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and using basic design tools (such as AutoCAD) is an advantage.
- Target-driven mindset with a proactive, self-motivated approach to business development.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits within the Surabaya and East Java region.
