PT LUMA TAMU RUMAH is seeking a highly motivated Junior Merchandiser to join our growing team in Badung, Bali. In this role, you will be the bridge between internal departments, ensuring that our product development cycles remain efficient, production timelines are met, and our final products reach our customers on schedule.

Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate effectively with internal departments, including design, procurement, and production, to streamline workflows.
- Monitor the end-to-end product development lifecycle to ensure all milestones are achieved on time.
- Track production status and update internal logs to prevent delays in the supply chain.
- Communicate proactively with vendors and suppliers to resolve bottlenecks and address issues.
- Assist in preparing reports on production progress and product inventory status.
- Maintain organized documentation for all samples, prototypes, and final production items.
- Ensure that quality control standards are met before items are approved for delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar merchandising or production role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced setting.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Badung, Bali.
