Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process optimization
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports for leadership review
- Collaborate with department heads to understand operational challenges and requirements
- Assist in implementing process improvement initiatives based on data-driven insights
- Monitor key performance metrics and alert management to deviations or anomalies
- Support data collection, validation, and quality assurance initiatives

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic data visualization tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Indonesian and English
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply
- Knowledge of SQL or other database query languages is advantageous
