Tanggung Jawab
- Manage production teams to achieve daily/monthly targets on flexo printing lines
- Monitor printing processes and ensure adherence to quality control standards
- Implement workplace safety protocols and maintain OSHA-compliant operations
- Train junior operators on printing machinery operation and maintenance
- Optimize production efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and preventive maintenance checks
- Collaborate with quality assurance team to resolve production issues
- Prepare production reports and performance metrics for management review
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing/production operations
- Familiarity with flexo printing technology and processes
- Basic knowledge of quality control systems (ISO 9001 preferred)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Problem-solving abilities with mechanical systems
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and operate machinery
- Valid safety certifications (OSHA/SMK3 advantageous)
