Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and supervise daily production floor activities to ensure output targets are met according to schedule.
- Ensure full compliance with HACCP principles and Halal Assurance System (SJH) standards across all production lines.
- Coordinate with the maintenance and quality control teams to address technical issues or quality deviations immediately.
- Manage and motivate production staff, ensuring team adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain accurate production records, inventory logs, and performance reporting.
- Implement and monitor workplace safety protocols to maintain a zero-accident environment.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement to increase productivity and reduce waste.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the food or beverage manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of HACCP, GMP, and the Halal Assurance System (SJH).
- Proven leadership capabilities with the ability to manage small-to-medium-sized teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Willing to work on shifts and be based in Kota Bekasi.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and documentation.
