Tanggung Jawab
- Support planning and execution of advertising campaigns from concept to launch
- Coordinate between clients, creative teams, and external vendors to ensure alignment
- Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables using project management tools
- Prepare project documentation including briefs, schedules, and status reports
- Facilitate client communications and manage stakeholder expectations
- Assist in troubleshooting project issues and implementing solutions
- Contribute to post-project reviews and process improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 1-2 years of project coordination or internship experience
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino
- Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Trello, or similar)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in hybrid settings
- Basic understanding of advertising workflows and digital media
