Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation of cost estimates and bills of quantities for construction projects
- Support the tender preparation process by compiling necessary documentation and specifications
- Help prepare and process site claims and variations in accordance with contract terms
- Monitor project costs and prepare regular financial reports for senior management
- Assist in the measurement and valuation of completed works
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure cost-effective construction methods
- Maintain accurate records of all project costs, contracts, and documentation
- Participate in site visits to assess progress and identify potential cost-saving opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply
- Basic understanding of construction contracts and procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry standards is an advantage
