TVET LIPIS is seeking a talented and creative Junior Production: Director & Editor to join our dynamic media team. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, directing, and editing high-quality video content that engages our audience. We are looking for a storyteller who can transform raw footage into compelling visual narratives.
As a Junior Producer, you will play a crucial role in the pre-production and post-production phases. You will collaborate with the team to plan shoot schedules, manage on-set direction, and ensure technical excellence. Whether it is educational documentaries, corporate presentations, or social media content, your creative vision will bring our stories to life.

Tanggung Jawab
- Direct and oversee video shoots, including managing talent and crew on location.
- Edit raw footage into polished, professional videos using industry-standard software.

- Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to capture high-quality visuals.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts, storyboards, and scripts.
- Manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery of all video assets.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Film, Media Studies, or a related field.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating editing and directing skills.
- Excellent understanding of storytelling, composition, and color grading.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
