Join Jasuindo Tiga Perkasa as our KEPALA BAGIAN UMUM and lead the backbone of our operations in Sidoarjo. This critical role demands a strategic leader with deep expertise in civil engineering to oversee facility management, maintenance systems, and regulatory compliance. You'll manage building infrastructure, AC/chiller operations, and electrical systems while ensuring optimal performance and cost-efficiency. The position requires exceptional negotiation skills to secure vendor partnerships and manage budgets effectively. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll implement policies that enhance operational excellence while maintaining compliance with Indonesian government regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all general affairs operations including building maintenance, utilities, and facility infrastructure
- Manage AC/chiller systems and electrical equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Lead negotiations with vendors and suppliers for maintenance services and materials
- Ensure strict compliance with government regulations and industry standards
- Develop and implement facility management policies and procedures
- Supervise and mentor general affairs department staff
- Prepare departmental budgets and manage operational expenses
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Civil Engineering or related technical field
- Proven experience in facility management and building maintenance
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian government regulations
- Expertise in AC/chiller systems and electrical infrastructure
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Minimum 3-5 years in managerial role
- Proficiency in budget planning and cost control
- Leadership abilities with team management experience
