Join PT Bandung Sakura Textile Mills as our KEPALA BAGIAN WWT / IPAL and lead critical wastewater management operations in a leading textile manufacturing environment. This senior management role requires strategic oversight of Industrial Wastewater Treatment (IPL) systems to ensure compliance with environmental regulations while optimizing operational efficiency. You'll manage a dedicated team of technicians and engineers, implement sustainable treatment protocols, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that align with our corporate sustainability goals. The position offers the opportunity to shape environmental stewardship practices within Indonesia's textile industry while collaborating with cross-functional departments to minimize ecological impact.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise WWT/IPAL operations team to ensure optimal system performance
- Develop and implement wastewater treatment protocols compliant with local regulations
- Monitor and maintain treatment equipment, including pumps, filters, and biological systems
- Prepare monthly environmental compliance reports and regulatory documentation
- Conduct routine water quality testing and process optimization
- Manage budget allocations for maintenance and equipment upgrades
- Train staff on operational procedures and safety protocols
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in wastewater treatment management
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian environmental regulations (PP 82/2001)
- Certification in wastewater treatment systems preferred
- Proven experience leading technical teams in manufacturing environments
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in using water quality testing equipment and software
