Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations of the dental clinic to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
- Manage and lead a team of dental professionals, including dentists, nurses, and administrative staff
- Implement and monitor quality control measures to maintain high standards of patient care
- Develop and execute business strategies to increase patient volume and revenue
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and clinic policies
- Handle customer service issues and maintain positive patient relationships
- Monitor and manage clinic inventory and budget
- Collaborate with the management team on clinic growth and development initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Dentistry, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a dental clinic or healthcare facility
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and dental industry standards
- Proficiency in using dental management software and office applications
