Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily division operations ensuring efficiency and compliance with safety standards
- Develop strategic plans and KPIs aligned with organizational goals
- Lead, mentor, and develop division teams to maximize performance
- Optimize production processes and implement cost-reduction initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functional projects with engineering, quality, and logistics teams
- Monitor performance metrics and implement continuous improvement systems
- Represent division in executive meetings and stakeholder communications
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in manufacturing operations leadership
- Proven track record in team management and process optimization
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Expertise in ceramic industry processes and quality control standards
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and production management software
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Bahasa Indonesia
