Tanggung Jawab
- Lead division operations to ensure production targets and quality standards are met
- Develop and implement strategic plans for division growth and efficiency improvements
- Manage departmental budget and resources to optimize cost-effectiveness
- Oversee cross-functional collaboration between manufacturing, logistics, and quality control teams
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives in ceramic production workflows
- Mentor and develop team members to enhance leadership capabilities within the division
- Monitor industry trends and implement best practices in manufacturing technologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in manufacturing or industrial operations
- Proven track record in division management with P&L responsibility
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret production metrics and financial data
- Expertise in ceramic industry processes or related manufacturing sectors
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Certification in Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing preferred
