Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch of materials
- Manage and coordinate warehouse staff to ensure efficient workflow
- Monitor inventory levels and implement stock control procedures
- Optimize warehouse space utilization and operational processes
- Control operational costs and identify efficiency improvement opportunities
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Coordinate with production department for material planning and scheduling
- Prepare regular performance reports and inventory audits
Kualifikasi
- Minimum D3 degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience as Warehouse Coordinator or similar role
- Previous experience in production operations preferred
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures
- Experience in cost control and operational budgeting
- Leadership skills with ability to manage and motivate teams
- Proficiency in warehouse management software and MS Office
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
